Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used for various purposes including keeping you logged in, remembering preferences, and analytics.
The Pausely iOS app does not use cookies. The app stores data using:
None of these constitute cookies under GDPR or ePrivacy Directive definitions.
Our website uses minimal local storage — no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no Google Analytics.
| Storage item | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| pausely_waitlist_email | localStorage | Remembers your waitlist signup to prevent duplicate submissions | Until browser data cleared |
This single localStorage item is strictly necessary for form functionality and does not constitute tracking. No consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive for strictly necessary storage.
Our website uses system fonts (no Google Fonts CDN calls) and connects to Supabase only when you submit the waitlist form. Supabase may set session cookies for API authentication — these are strictly functional and expire at session end.
You can clear all website local storage at any time through your browser settings. This will not affect your Pausely account or app data.
If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and display an appropriate consent notice.
