Apple decides and pays refunds for App Store purchases. If something went wrong with Pausely (a bug, a charge you didn't expect), email us and we'll help you make the request.
The 7-day free trial costs nothing. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged. Pausely reminds you the day before your trial ends.
You keep your legal 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. You exercise it through Apple, using the steps above.
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pausely → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
